    Guatemala is the ninth largest coffee-growing region and the coffee produced in the Huehuetenango region is generally considered the best in the country. "Highland" Huehuetenango coffees are grown at an elevation of up to 2,000 masl. The extreme remoteness of Huehuetenango necessitates that all producers mill their own coffees. Fortunately, the area has an almost infinite number of rivers and streams, so that mills can be placed very near to where the coffee is grown. An intensely fragrant single origin coffee that has a sparkling acidity, smooth body, and a sublimely dry finish.

    HOW TO BREW

    For Drip Coffee

    1. Measure 50-55g (10 tbsp) of medium ground coffee (like sand).
    2. Add grounds to a filter in the chamber.
    3. Fill the reservoir with enough water.
    4. Fire up the machine, kick back and enjoy.

    Orders are shipped via Standard Ground and typically arrive in 2 to 7 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (unless it's a powder day in which case - you get it).

    If you're local, or visiting town, pickup can be arranged from our Roastery Cafe (23698 US Highway 24, Minturn CO) typically within 24 hours. Just make sure you select that option at checkout.
