The cup profile is spicy and full-bodied, with a wonderful sweet aroma.
This is one of the oldest and probably the first coffee blends created. The Dutch took coffee from the Arabian Peninsula to plant on the Island of Java in the Dutch East Indies in the late 1600's. The name is derived from the port city of Mocha where the coffee started its journey to Java. The combination of these two coffees from two continents is exquisite.
