Decaf Holiday Blend

$13.95

Origin: Africa, Indonesia, Central & South America
Profile: Velvety Melon & Lemongrass
Process: European Processed
Aroma: Floral & Complex
Body: Wild & Exotic
Finish: Long & Layered

When we thought about what would go into this year's Holiday Blend, we wanted to bring in coffees from each of the world's most sought-after regions. Our goal is to create an exotic blend that is well-balanced and recalls cozy days spent in front of the fire.

This year's blend consists of coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Papua New Guinea. Aromatics waft delicately off the cup while notes of velvety caramel, stone fruits and cocoa nib roll gently over the palate. This decaffeinated coffee retains the flavor and full-body of its caffeinated version.

The European Process for decaffeinating coffee is the oldest method for removing caffeine from an un-roasted, green bean. The un-roasted beans are soaked in a solution of water and ethyl acetate; an organic compound found in sugarcane, fruits, and cereals.
